Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During ministry launches, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
  • Available at checkout for select orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select ministry events, conferences, or launch gatherings. Customers will be notified by email with pickup instructions. Please email us at kscribesinfo@gmail.com if you wish to submit a bulk order.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at kscribesinfo@gmail.com before your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Kingdom Scribes Consulting & Publishing is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  3. Reach out to us if additional assistance is needed

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at kscribesinfo@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.
